# Impact On The Go Circle

> Practical training programmes and interactive sessions where people play out real-life scenarios and practise in a safe peer space, delivered with universities, training providers, alternative provision, youth organisations and workplaces.

Impact On The Go Circle designs and facilitates practice-based training delivered as short masterclasses or 2 to 6 session series. Our method runs Co-design, Create, Facilitate, Reflect, Apply, so people build confidence, practical communication skills and real-life experience before the real-life moment.
